How this desk is organised
This page describes Bali Rattan Lamps as it actually works: a small desk that handles sourcing and export work, organised by responsibility rather than by biography.

Why there are no names on this page
We do not publish names, job titles or qualifications here. A credential on a public page is a claim, and we will only make a claim we can put a certificate or a registration number behind. Where we cannot, we say nothing rather than write something that sounds impressive. If it matters to you who is handling your file, ask. You will be told the name of the person on it and what they are responsible for, in writing, before you commit to anything.
